Ingredients Needed:

How to make Strawberry Overnight Oats:

Mix: Combine oats, yogurt, milk and chia seeds together then divide between two 8oz or larger containers. Refrigerate strawberry and cream overnight oats overnight.  Enjoy: Top with strawberry and banana before eating.

Make Ahead and Freezing Instructions:

To Make Ahead: Make a big batch of strawberry banana overnight oats and divide it in single serving jars and keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. I love to use these as meal prep for myself, an easy breakfast or healthy snack for the kids, or even to grab and eat on the go!

Recipe Variations:

Add a drizzle of Honey for extra sweetness. Spoonful of Almond Butter for extra protein and healthy fats. Garnish with a sprinkle of granola. Add a pinch of salt to bring out the flavors. Add a scoop of protein powder for higher protein.
