Both flavors are excellent; chewy, chocolate, and peanut butter can do no wrong in my book. Special K Granola Bars deliver lower calories and fat (3g of fat and 110 calories) than some other bars on the market. They have 4g of fiber and 4g of protein and they’re a convenient for refueling on-the-go. I always keep a snack bar in my purse and one stashed in the car for those must-have-something-now moments that can strike without warning. for either me or the little peanut. I try to make homemade snack bars to save money and control the ingredients whenever possible.
