Last night I didn’t roast a chicken, but I roasted some potatoes for Scott.

  1. Best Thing You’ve Done or Ate so Far this Weekend? I had a productive day at work, I ran errands Friday afternoon, and got my grocery shopping done for the weekend.  I think.  Hopefully I don’t suddenly remember I “need” something from the store.
