How to make a Grilled Chicken Sandwich:
Grill Chicken: Mix seasonings together. Lightly coat chicken breast halves in oil then sprinkle seasonings all over both sides of the chicken. Cook chicken for 3-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through (160 degrees F). Don’t overcook since chicken is the star of the burger. Remove to a plate and cover to keep warm. Assemble: Mash avocado in a bowl and spritz with lemon juice. Place chicken breast on bun and pile on your favorite toppings.
