If you love easy homemade candy, try our Chocolate Fudge, Truffles, Caramels or Peanut Butter Balls.
What I love most about these peanut clusters is the extra crunch, flavor and taste from the pretzels. I also love that the melted chocolate has peanut butter in it, for an extra punch of creamy nuttiness. Peanut Clusters are such an easy no-bake candy to make for any occasion!
Only Six Ingredients Needed:
How to make Peanut Clusters:
Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, butter, and peanut butter. Microwave on low power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth (be careful not to scorch the chocolate!) You could also put everything in a double boiler to melt. Add pretzels and peanuts to the melted chocolate mixture and gently toss to combine. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheets. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate has set.
Storing Instructions:
Peanut Clusters will keep for up to 1 months, stored in the refrigerator in an air-tight container.
