While the cauliflower roasts to bring out its natural flavors, the fettucine is boiling, and butter is browning. You don’t really have to ‘do’ much except watch over things to make sure nothing is charring, bubbling over, or burning. After the cauliflower is out of the oven, the pasta has cooked, and the butter has browned, toss everything together, shave parmesan cheese over the top, garnish with parsley, and dig in.
