Storage and Reheating Instructions

To store: Let leftover pineapple shrimp fried rice cool completely before storing in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 5 days (I don’t recommend freezing). To reheat: Warm individual portions in the microwave for 30-second intervals. Shrimp tends to become rubbery when reheated, so check the fried rice frequently to prevent this from happening.
