Easy Peanut Butter Cookie Pie This is the fastest and easiest pie I’ve ever made. And the only one with peanut butter incorporated three ways. Except it’s not really a pie at all. I used my recipe for peanut butter blondies and baked it into pie dish, but not before topping with mini peanut butter cups and Peanut Butter M&M’s. I got Valentine’s Day “kits” to make Valentines for Skylar’s 18 friends that she’s having a party with on Monday. Nothing like a little extra project for a working mom to make and address 18 Valentines for Skylar’s nearest and dearest friends. After I make the Valentines, they get stuffed with candy. And yes, this is candy is what I remember as a kid and I am passing along the tradition....

Fresh Cranberry Muffin Recipe It’s that time of year for cranberries. I just love cranberries and they’re perfect in these muffins. Sweet white chocolate pairs perfectly with the cranberries and balances their tartness. It’s one of my favorite flavor combinations. The muffins are soft, fluffy, buttery, and ultra moist. A combination of sour cream (or Greek yogurt), buttermilk, and the natural juices from the cranberries all help to create moist muffins with a tender crumb....

In just those three categories, I have over 100 recipes on my site. Yes, I’m a banana fiend when they’re baked into something. Banana muffins that could pass for dessert, that are studded with chocolate chips, and that are topped with streusel make me very happy to eat ‘breakfast’. The muffins can pass as a healthy dessert because there’s fruit included. That’s how my brain works. Seriously though they’re wonderfully light and fluffy in the interior and the streusel on top is slightly crunchy....

comment icon 23 more comments Tonight we had these chicken bowls for dinner, and Bjork smothered his still-warm, juicy, golden chicken strips with that spicy tangy Calabrian chile sauce and declared it the best chicken he’s ever had. And as soon as I open my eyes in the morning, one of my first waking thoughts is: “YES I get to eat that bowl again for lunch today.” This bowl is like a little symphony – the crunch of the tomato cucumber salad, the thin slips of bitey red onion, the golden crisped air fryer chicken cut into tender little strips, a big pile of perfectly chewy Banza, and a heavy pour of tangy Calabrian chile sauce on top....
Even though it’s not often, when I walk by the food court at the mall I always happily oblige if I’m offered a piece of sticky chicken as a free sample. I mean, who can resist! My homemade copycat version of Asian sticky chicken is made in one skillet and ready in 30 minutes making it perfect for busy weeknights or any time that you’re tempted to call for takeout....
