Including many magazines and catalogs. Here are just a few. I actually don’t subscribe to any of these. They seriously just show up. Not kidding. Parenting magazines are notorious for this. You get pregnant and you get put on magazine lists, forever. At least for me that’s how it was. I know I’ve turned into a photography geek when I’d rather look at my (first) B & H Photo Video catalog with all things camera stuff than VS stuff....

Quick Easy Baked Honey Lemon Salmon

This is some of the best salmon I’ve ever made — it’s tied with my Sheet Pan Orange Chili Salmon. It knocked our socks off and we devoured this one pound fillet in five minutes. No joke. What I love about this honey lemon glazed salmon is that it’s almost foolproof. Meaning it’s nearly impossible to end up with dry salmon because the salmon bakes in a mixture of butter, honey, and lemon juice....

Rainy Day

But a delightful one in terms of baking. Recipe coming up next but it would be like if Magic Eight Bars… and White Chocolate Vanilla Marshmallow Cake Bars…. got married. It’s a very good marriage. Happy Saint Patrick’s Day! With a smile. What was the best part of your Saturday? Did you celebrate or go out for St. Paddy’s Day? The best part of my day was baking. And eating what I made and then hearing the ooh’s and ahh’s from the family....

Ranger Cookies Recipe Tastes Better From Scratch

If you are passionate about cookies the way we are then you’d also love these Chocolate Mint Cookies, S’more Cookies, or chewy M&M Cookies. The addition of oats and cornflakes is winning and adds a twist of flavor and texture that makes these even better than chocolate chip cookies. How to Make Ranger Cookies: Cream: Add butter and sugars to a large bowl and cream with mixers....
